Scratching Posts	We use pure un-oiled sisal It is recommended by Vererinarians Approved by Breeders & Fanciers Feels like rough bark to a cat Will not make splinters like wood It contains NO insectacides or additives Will not ooze sap like grown branches Will not flake & crumble like bark Will not harbor inscects like bark or wood	Cat Trees
BASES: Heavy duty laminate is used, not pressed wood which can crack, absorb water, & may give off formaldehyde. HARDWARE: All components are attached with screws, as nails will loosen in time. Any staples used are securely set, so as to prevent a cat from scratching under it or getting caught on it. GLUE: We never use glue, as glue can release solvents and odors.	All of our Posts, tunnels, perches and beds are made of thick-walled dense composite, like sonotube. Every cat tree will have one or more posts wrapped partially or totally in pure un-oiled sisal. Additional posts can be covered in sisal at an additional charge. Sisal Pad will be used primarily. Sisal rope may be used at our discretion, or Sisal rope may be ordered for an additional charge.	CARPET: We never use loop carpet (Except Berber), to protect your cat against accidentally getting a claw caught. We use quality remnants which retail from $8.00 to $30.00 a yard, available in the most current and popular colors. COLORS: The number of colors carpet material is produced is infinite and color names are vague, and duplicated by various manufacturers, therefore we offer color choices in vague groupings. For Example: light blue, *not* Federal Blue or Baby Blue or Sky Blue. Give 1st, 2nd & 3rd choice if possible. ASSEMBLY: All trees are shipped fully assembled for durability, or need only a single top piece attached using a common phillips-head screwdriver.
